COMBINE & PRO DAY TRAINING
The Strength Feed offers tailored training for combine day or pro days and the specific metrics being tested on any particular test day.
We dedicate unmatched attention and time to these athletes. Professionalism and polish are also qualities we train for in this service. Tests we coach for include but aren't limited to: the 40 yard dash, pro agility shuttle, L drill, 225 bench rep test, vertical, broad jump, and more. |
ADVANCED/COLLEGE ATHLETE TRAINING
Our Advanced/College athlete training has the same time structure as youth class - but the pace and intention are more competitive, we are looking to push adaptations instead of learning more basic patterns. This group is typically for those experienced in the weight room and a little bit older of a group.

TEAM TRAINING
The Strength Feed supports many local high school, clubs, and semi-pro teams with our team training services. Our methodology is to have training coincide with in/out/preseason needs, as well as using programming that can help each individual on the team progress, therefore growing the team as a whole. We also offer services to host or travel off-site to hold clinics, combines and pre/post season testing for organizations interested.
We are proud of our going on 3 year partnership with the USPHL Junior Canes as well as many others in the area. These include the following: Word of God Christian Academy Men's basketball, Trinity Academy Men's basketball, Broughton High School Lacrosse and Football, Raptors Hockey, Oberlin Middle School Basketball, Junior Canes Women's Hockey, Red Devils Lacrosse, and the Carolina National Lacrosse showcase team. |

YOUTH ATHLETE CLASSES
Our philosophy at The Strength Feed, whether in the weight room or on the field, is to use a combination of new school technology and old school movements to create a safe, effective and fun environment for athletes to become bigger, stronger, faster, and injury-free. We also apply these same principles to athletes that sustain injuries in order to get them back in the game as fast as possible.
Working with kids as they are in this developmental stage to learn proper movement patterns and mechanics will have a huge impact on their body control and overall athleticism. No matter the sport, no matter the goal, we train to your abilities to ensure maximum skill transfer on game day! |

ADULT STRENGTH TRAINING
We have a place for adults that want to train athletically. Build strength, speed, balance, coordination, and age better.
After your initial assessment we coaches build a custom plan that has your needs goals and injuries in mind. The Strength Feed believes that training is not just a hobby but a way of life. It is a tool to unlock your highest potential. We offer three training options for our adults. Open Gym - $99 a month. Open gym + Custom Programming - $200/month Personal Training - $70-$100 per session coach dependent . Personal Training for 2-on-1 - the price will be an even split in price for training which varies based on coach. |

PERSONAL TRAINING
Do you have a very specific goal in mind? If so, our individual sessions are for you. We offer one on one training for clients that have specific movement flaws or just want the extra work. Personal training is a great tool to prepare you for bigger and better things in the gym. This is also a great option when returning from an injury, or training for a specific event. We've done programming for an eclectic group of people; marathon runners, power lifters, bikini competitors and everyone in between. We are confident that we can create a program specifically for you. This is for any age group.

CUSTOMIZED WORKOUTS
The Strength Feed's customized workouts are available for remote clients who lift at alternate facilities. These programs will provide structure to your daily training routine regardless of your goals. We work with many people from Ohio to Auburn and reaching as far west as California. With customized programming we are able to give our clients the direction they need in the weight room.

NUTRITION SERVICES
Our Nutrition program is led by Jess Wight, BS PN-Lvl1, USAPL-CC. Nutrition services include an initial consultation ranging from 40-60 min via video conference or in person. From then on, you will be provided with customized, individualized nutrition guidance, scheduled weekly check ins and 24 hour access to Coach Jess. She has experience working with many different levels of clients, ranging from working with the App State football team, to general weight management clients. Jess is prepared and ready to help you make the change you want to, but haven’t been able to make yet. Common reasons for nutrition coaching include:

TEAM TRAINING
Our facility is a great environment for team training and we are well equipped for not only strength training but also speed, agility, quickness training for entire teams. Team training with The Strength Feed has proven to increase vertical jump heights, decrease 5-10-5 speeds, and improve overall athleticism. Athletes also gain valuable bonding time with the other athletes in these training sessions.

PUBLIC SPEAKING
The Strength Feed will always pride themselves as a teaching gym. This means we have made it our mission to speak to teams, corporations and other small businesses on the positives affects of strength training, athletic performance and nutrition. We have spoke at companies like, Baker Roofing, Costal Carolina Credit Union, K&L Gates Law offices and many others. We also have spoken in the Junior Canes Hockey organization, Female only athletic talks at Broughton High School, as well as nutrition and recovery talks with the BHS football and lacrosse teams.

INTERNSHIPS
The purpose of education is to prepare you for the industry you're heading into, but you can only learn so much from the classroom. The goal of our internship program is to give a favorable environment for young students to grow their knowledge base and learn from some of the best coaches in Raleigh. We want every student that comes in the door to have a further understanding of the human body as well as the biomechanical requirements of sport and exercise.
