YOUTH ATHLETE CLASSESOur philosophy at The Strength Feed, whether in the weight room or on the field, is to use a combination of new school technology and old school movements to create a safe, effective and fun environment for athletes to become bigger, stronger, faster, and injury-free. We also apply these same principles to athletes that sustain injuries in order to get them back in the game as fast as possible. Working with kids as they are in this developmental stage to learn proper movement patterns and mechanics will have a huge impact on their body control and overall athleticism. ADULT STRENGTH CLASSESThese classes are designed for adults look to gain strength. We operate these classes as customized group training. After your initial assessment we coaches build a custom plan that has your needs goals and injuries in mind. The Strength Feed believes that training is not just a hobby but a way of life. It is a tool to unlock your highest potential. The group class structure makes working with a highly knowledgeable strength coach more affordable and provides great motivation as you learn and grow with your peers. The workouts are catered to each individual's skill level and needs with functionality to everyday life in mind. We run block style programming that you work through at your own pace with a two, three or four time a week schedule.
