Thankful in 2025

It’s that time of year, and as we reflect on what we’re thankful for, we want to share it with you. It’s truly a privilege not only to do what we love every day, but to be surrounded by such great people while doing it. We’re grateful for this community and everything you bring to The Strength Feed.

Coach Tom:
Looking at the year that has passed, one thing I am especially grateful for is the incredible adult program we have built at The Strength Feed. Seeing the way the community has grown in the past year has been absolutely incredible. I am so thankful for every 6am - 6pm day that I’ve gotten to spend with members, every Sports Sunday full of smack talk and all the little wins that I get to see every single day. Happy Thanksgiving!

Coach Blue:
I’m thankful for the incredible community I get to be surrounded by every day. It means a lot to feel appreciated and to have the opportunity to connect with everyone who trains with me or at the gym. I’m especially grateful for the mentorship I get to provide to the young men I train, they truly feel like little brothers to me. And above all, I’m thankful for the ability to do what I love every single day.

Coach Travis:
I am thankful for my wife Allie and our life together with our pets Harley and Cricket. I am thankful to be able to spend Thanksgiving with my siblings and parents. I am thankful to wake up each day and do something I love to do. I am thankful for health and great friends.

Coach Kelly:
I am thankful for my family and the fact that we all live in the same area now.
I am thankful for a body that is able to do what I want to be able to do. I am also thankful for this TSF community. It has been such a fun year seeing people achieve their goals, helping them understand more of what they are capable of, and also having so many laughs along the way.

Coach Joe:
2025 has been one of the most difficult and defining years of my life. The kind of year that forces you to slow down, take stock, and really see what—and who—matters. Through every challenge, setback, and hard moment, one thing has become unbelievably clear: I am surrounded by an incredible supporting cast of friends, family, and a community thats unwavering.

I’m deeply thankful for my health, for the strength to keep moving forward, and for the health and momentum of the business. It still blows my mind that what used to be a dream being in the weight room all day has turned into something that never feels like “work.” TSF started as my passion, and now it’s grown into a place where other people can pursue their passion too. Watching our coaches, interns, athletes, and adults step into their potential is one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

Since day one, I’ve said we are a teaching gym. That’s the foundation. That’s the identity. And today, I can proudly say we have some of the best teachers and coaches anywhere people who pour into our clients, who believe in their growth, and who show up every day ready to help others become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves.

Outside of the business, my family has been right there beside me through every obstacle. We’ve been growing through adversity, not just getting through it. Scottie is becoming his own little person—talking, moving, and developing fast. And JT starting kindergarten this year was a milestone that hit me harder than I expected. Seeing my kids grow while the gym grows has been a reminder of why I do all of this in the first place.

This year tested me, strengthened me, humbled me, and ultimately reminded me how blessed I am to have my health, my family, this community, and a business that continues to evolve into something bigger than myself.

We hope you also take a moment to reflect on what you are thankful for this year. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
